Return and Refund Policy

At PrepMed, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality educational resources and study materials. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure all our students receive brand-new, untampered books.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain the integrity of our study materials, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Returns and replacements are strictly applicable onlyunder the following two circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: The book you received has significant physical damage (e.g., torn pages, broken binding, severe water damage) upon delivery.

  • Incorrect Item Delivered: The book you received does not match the item you ordered on our website.

2. Timeframe to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be entertained.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or replacement for a damaged or incorrect book, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email our support team at info@prepmed.in with the subject line: Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number].

  2. Provide Proof: You must attach clear photographs or a short video showing the damage to the book or the incorrect item received. Please also include a photo of the shipping label and packaging.

  3. Await Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send the item back to us (or if a return shipment is not necessary).

4. Resolution: Replacements and Refunds

  • Replacements: In most cases of damaged or incorrect deliveries, PrepMed will ship a replacement copy of the correct book to you at no additional cost as soon as your return is approved and the original item is in transit back to us.

  • Refunds: A full refund will only be issued if the requested replacement book is currently out of stock. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Conditions for Returned Items

If you are asked to return the incorrect or damaged book to us, it must be returned in its original packaging (where possible) and must not contain any highlighting, writing, or further wear beyond the reported damage.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Digital products, e-books, or access codes.

  • Books that have been written in, highlighted, or used by the customer.

  • Books reported damaged or incorrect after the 48-hour delivery window.
